The service
SohamSite is provided by Soham Value Creation to firms we approve. During the pilot it is free.
Your firm's responsibilities
Your firm is responsible for what it records and sends, for having each contact's agreement before sending them WhatsApp reminders, and for keeping its own Twilio and Meta accounts in good standing. Reminders are sent exactly as your firm writes them.
Your data
Your firm's data belongs to your firm. We use it only to provide SohamSite. Your firm's principal can download each project's data at any time, and ask us for everything else.
Availability
We work to keep SohamSite available and safe but can't promise it will never be interrupted. A reminder that can't go on time is sent at most 15 minutes late and never outside its sending hours; otherwise it's skipped.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will tell firms before changes take effect. Either side can stop using SohamSite; we can suspend a firm that misuses it.
