Who we are
SohamSite is a service of Soham Value Creation, Vadodara, India. It helps architecture and interior design firms record site issues and follow them up on WhatsApp.
What we keep
For each firm: its details and letterhead; its people (name, email and Google account id from sign-in, permissions); its projects, tasks, photos, videos, files, meetings and reports; its contacts (name, phone number, WhatsApp agreement); the reminders sent and the replies received to them; a log of changes made; and its Twilio account details, with the Auth Token kept encrypted.
How we use it
Only to run SohamSite for your firm: showing your records to the people your firm allows, sending the reminders your firm writes from your firm's own WhatsApp number, and keeping a log of changes. We don't sell data, show advertising, or use your content to train AI.
Reminders go only to contacts your firm has recorded as agreeing to receive them, and stop when someone replies STOP. Replies are kept only when they belong to a task; other messages are not stored. Your firm's WhatsApp account is with Meta and Twilio, under their own terms.
Where it's stored and for how long
On Google Cloud (United States region), encrypted at rest and in transit. Each firm's data is kept apart from every other firm's. We keep it while your firm uses SohamSite. Your firm's principal can download a full export of each project, and can ask us to export everything or delete it.
Your choices
Ask your firm, or write to us, to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Contacts can reply STOP at any time.
